ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Claudia Vestri.
I've been cooking since I was a child: my grandmother taught me to make fresh pasta when I was just five years old, and my father instilled in me the same passion for cooking that still pervades me today.
From 2012 to 2021, I worked as a chef in my winery's restaurant, an intense journey that shaped me not only as a cook but as a person. I've been a sommelier for over 20 years.
Today I am enthusiastically dedicated to teaching: I love teaching and sharing what I have learned, ranging from cooking, tastings, and wellness.
Since 2013, I have been studying traditional Chinese medicine and Tuina massage, disciplines that have expanded my energetic sensitivity and my understanding of the harmony between body and mind.
For me, every experience is a piece of a large puzzle: a set of knowledge, sensations and gestures that come together to give shape to a multifaceted and ever-evolving reality — Claud.
